I bought these to help balance my hormones, I purchased 2 bottles I've only used half of one bottle So naturally I can't tell a lot except they give some energy and do cause me to be a little aggressive but we can handle that they are helping. They are good quality the size of the capsules are easy to swallow and they do help with some pain relief the taste isnt any different that putting dried weeds in my mouth ?? but that doesn't last but a second I believe the value is worth the purchase if u have topical aches and pains it helps
