I only used one bottle before I decided to reorder this brand. It took a minute before it was delivered, and I was looking for it daily. When it finally came it only took one day before my mood was lifted and my inflammation was down. I know it says it takes a week or so before you could tell a difference, but I was able to see difference in my sleep immediately and my blood pressure was greatly improved.
